JB and Casie Shreve reflect on the power of a personal journey to change the way we perceive life’s circumstances. Life is seldom what we think it will be or what we think it should be. Frequently the moments that bring us the greatest surprises and potential for disappointment, are drastically changed in our reflective perspective along the journey. The power of the journey, when walked correctly, has the power to make us stronger, more joyful, and more complete.

Blessed are those whose strength is in you, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage, As they pass through the Valley of Baka, they make it a place of springs; the autumn rains also cover it with pools. They go from strength to strength, till each appears before God in Zion. Psalm 84:5-7
